Personal Licence
What you receive
After delivery, once the order is settled either by verified payment or by an approved, audited complimentary waiver recorded as an alternative to verified payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the delivered custom Beastie desktop cat on your own supported Apple Silicon or Intel Macs. You may make personal backup copies.
What you may not do
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share publicly, distribute, separate and sell assets, use the work in a paid product or advertisement, remove technical protections to distribute it, reverse engineer it, or use it to train AI models. Commercial use needs our separate written permission.
Ownership and photo rights
You keep rights in your submitted photos and any rights you lawfully hold in your pet. Flow Studio HK and its licensors keep all rights in Beastie software, generic code, animation framework, interface and production methods. We receive only the limited order-fulfilment permission described in the Terms and Privacy Notice; portfolio, social, advertising and AI-training use always need separate consent.
Ending the licence
The licence ends if a full refund is issued, or if you materially breach it. On a full refund, you must stop using and delete all delivered files and we may withdraw private downloads. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law.
