Privacy Notice

Information and purpose

We collect the information needed to handle an enquiry and order: contact and order details, cat photos, payment reference, supported-Mac and diagnostic information, and necessary audit records. We use it to verify and create an order, make, quality-check, support and deliver the work, verify payment, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Access and processors

Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for hosting, database, storage, email, deployment, payment verification, support or legal compliance. We require processors to handle information only for those purposes and with appropriate safeguards.

Retention and deletion

A real legal dispute, refund, chargeback, security incident or legal retention duty may require us to preserve relevant records for the necessary period. We will limit that hold to what is needed.

• Original photos and production assets: 30 days after completion or termination.
• Private download files: 90 days after first delivery.
• Transaction, payment, refund and audit records excluding originals: 7 years for accounting, tax and dispute handling.

Separate optional consent

Accepting these terms does not give us permission to publish your photos or finished work in a portfolio, on social media, in advertising, or for AI training. Each use needs separate, optional consent. You may withdraw consent for a use that has not yet been published or carried out; withdrawal cannot undo material already publicly published or irreversibly used before we receive it.

Your requests

Email beastie@flowstudiohk.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal data. We will explain where transaction or legal records cannot be deleted immediately and why. This Notice is read with the Terms, Refunds & Termination and Personal Licence.
