Provider and service

These Terms govern Beastie, a custom Mac desktop-cat service provided by Flow Studio HK (we, us). Current formal ordering is limited to cats in Hong Kong, charged in HKD, for Mac computers using Apple Silicon (arm64) or Intel (x64). Dog, Windows and overseas ordering are coming soon but are not yet available under these Terms.

Your order includes the agreed custom desktop cat, 11 everyday poses, one agreed signature pose, four walk frames, one consolidated preview adjustment, one minor post-delivery fix, private delivery and reasonable basic installation support.

Photos, scope and your rights

You must provide six clear core photos: front, left, right, back, top and face close-up. We may reasonably ask for another angle where markings, tail or the agreed action cannot be assessed. You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to provide them and to give us the limited permission needed to assess, make, quality-check, support and deliver your order.

A change is outside the included scope if it replaces the cat, adds poses or platforms, changes an approved overall style, requires a full redraw, or asks for commercial use. We will explain any additional work and price before doing it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or inappropriate material.

Price, preview and payment

This launch has 10 promotional slots at HK$288; the standard price is HK$388. When we issue payment instructions after you approve the preview, an available promotional slot is reserved for 24 hours. Verified payment permanently uses that slot. If payment is not verified within 24 hours, or the submitted payment is rejected, the reservation ends and the slot becomes available again. A fully refunded paid promotional order remains a used slot. Free, gifted, charitable, media, internal and approved complimentary-waiver orders never occupy a promotional slot. If no promotional slot is available when payment instructions are issued, the standard price applies.

There is no charge before preview approval. Payment instructions are issued after approval and payment is accepted by FPS or PayMe only for this launch. A screenshot or payment reference is not payment until we verify the funds.

Timing, preview and changes

After six required photos (and any reasonably requested extra photos) are complete and approved, we aim to provide a watermarked preview in about three Hong Kong business days. After preview approval and verified FPS or PayMe payment, we aim to deliver the final files in about seven Hong Kong business days.

Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong public holidays are not business days. The clock pauses while we are waiting for your photos, information, preview approval, change request or payment. Dates are estimates, not guarantees: if a delay is likely, we will tell you honestly and give an updated date. If we cannot agree a revised date, the refund and termination terms apply.

You may make one consolidated preview adjustment request. Please send all reasonable similarity, colour, markings, proportion or agreed signature-pose feedback together. You may request one minor post-delivery fix within seven days of first delivery; it covers small errors such as limited markings, colour, edges or display issues, not new scope or unsupported environments.

Support, responsibility and contact

We use reasonable skill and care, but artistic similarity involves judgment and the approved preview is the main record of the agreed result. We do not promise permanent operation on unsupported systems, third-party modifications, enterprise restrictions or future platform changes. We will reasonably diagnose a supported-Mac problem and consider a fix or replacement first.

Hong Kong law governs these Terms. Nothing in them excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong consumer law. For service, privacy, refund or complaint requests, contact Flow Studio HK at beastie@flowstudiohk.com.
