Your preview is ready in about 3 business days after all six photos are approved. Delivery is about 7 business days after preview approval and verified payment.
Offer, revisions and photo details
How offer slots work
If an offer slot is available when payment instructions are issued after preview approval, we hold it for 24 hours. It is used after payment is verified, or released after expiry or rejection. If no offer slot is available, the standard HK$388 price applies.
Free or payment-waived orders do not use offer slots. A paid offer slot remains used even if the order is later fully refunded.
Payment, timing and revisions
Pay by FPS or PayMe only after approving your preview. One consolidated preview revision is included: send your requested changes together. One minor fix can be requested within 7 days of first delivery.
Business days exclude weekends and Hong Kong public holidays. Time waiting for your photos, information, approval, revision requests or payment is excluded. Any requested additional photos must also be approved before the preview clock starts. Dates are estimates; we will let you know about delays.
Photo and download retention
Original photos and production assets are retained for 30 days after completion or termination. Private downloads remain available for 90 days from first delivery. See the terms and privacy notice below for the full policy.
